Our interactive program „Physics Lesson on Location<\/strong>” takes approximately three hours and presents the basics and interesting facts<\/strong> about the semiconductor industry. High school students also have the opportunity to conduct individual experiments focusing on the importance of quality control and careers in science.<\/strong> In addition, during a tour, they may learn about Semilab’s activities and the role of measurement technologies in the semiconductor industry.<\/p>

We accept applications for groups of up to 25 people per program.<\/p>

Our student laboratory also welcomes university students<\/strong> as part of their curriculum or elective programs, allowing them to learn about the basics of the semiconductor industry as well as the theory and practice of various measurement technologies.<\/strong> In addition to the laboratory exercises, a guided tour will give them a closer look at what a clean room is like and what the daily work of our physicists and engineers involves.<\/p>

We are looking for groups of 2-3 people for the laboratory exercises and groups of up to 25 people for the measurement demonstration.<\/p>

The Semilab Foundation attaches great importance to the education and training of future generations \u2014 in<\/strong>,\u00a0 particular, the promotion of natural sciences and technical sciences, as well as the training of professionals engaged in research and innovation that is important for society as a whole.<\/p>

The Foundation’s goal is to support technical and scientific research and education that will lead to the discovery of new scientific<\/strong> laws, knowledge,
methods, and procedures; to provide the conditions necessary for their implementation \u2014 including research and educational infrastructure \u2014 and the publication of their results.<\/p>

In addition, the Foundation aims to support forms of education, training, and operation that promote the technical and natural sciences <\/strong>\u2014 from kindergarten through postgraduate education \u2014 and the training of the next generation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

In line with its objectives, the Foundation therefore supports the editing, publication, dissemination and distribution of training methodology materials and other related publications, both in print and in digital forms (websites, portals and multimedia developments). It supports the organization and implementation of courses, lectures, camps, exhibitions, and conferences outside the school system.<\/strong><\/p>

The Foundation aims to help participants in the Hungarian scientific life to become involved in international scientific life<\/strong> by providing the personal and material conditions for further scientific training.
